Your Next Sales Win

As On Premise Sales Manager, you’ll plan and direct the cold drink segment to capture every ounce of sales potential—while staying aligned with company policies. You’ll lead the on-premise effort across the assigned territory, turning opportunities into profitable, long-term accounts.

  • Grow and protect cold drink accounts; pursue new business when appropriate
  • Drive profitable equipment placements, renew agreements, and evaluate account/equipment profitability
  • Coordinate sales programs and follow-through with Tele-Sell, Route Sales, Merchandising, and Customer Service teams
  • Track competitive activity, develop incentive programs, and maintain required reports
  • Supervise, coach, and develop direct reports; uphold OSHA and company safety expectations

Required skills/qualifications:

  • B2B sales/negotiation, territory management, and food & beverage experience
  • Budget/P&L comfort, advanced trade math, and strong communication/presentation skills
  • Microsoft Office (Excel/PowerPoint), valid Class D license, clean driving record

Ready to lead with energy and precision?

A High-Impact Day

Your day starts with a quick scan of territory priorities, then you’re out in the market checking in with new and established accounts to confirm needs are met and standards look sharp. You’ll spot growth openings, fine-tune plans with your Cold Drink Account Manager, and keep momentum moving on leads. Between visits, you’ll sync with internal partners so programs land cleanly in the field, and you’ll review equipment status to ensure it’s current, well-maintained, and positioned to win. As the day wraps, you’ll document updates, keep leadership in the loop on tools or gaps, and set the next push—staying flexible for occasional evenings, weekends, and travel as the territory demands.
