What Can You Expect

  • Create, update and maintain a variety of project controls that track the status of individual projects or task orders, changes to projects or task orders, RFI, shop drawings and submittal, matters involving quality controls, safety, financial performance, close-out and other aspects of the project(s) or task order(s).
  • Manage the material tracking log by utilizing experience and forethought to ensure buyout, submittals, shop drawings and samples have been awarded, scheduled and available to support the Office and Field team. Knows the single project intimately from Preconstruction through Close Out and manages all logs individually, with a peer, or a Project Engineer.
  • Assist in ensuring that all aspects of the project are compliant with all contract terms and legal requirement that govern the project and the community in which the project(s) take place.
  • Manage or support the change management process, by updating logs, routing source documents to vendors, obtaining pricing, developing estimates and proposals, writing change orders and other related activities.
  • Maintain and regularly produce reports utilizing software such as Viewpoint, ProCore, Adobe, Bluebeam and MS Project.

What You Bring to the Table

  • Must develop an understanding of process management and the ability and agility to perform work that is contracted through a variety of delivery methods.
  • Must possess working knowledge of or demonstrate willingness to learn how to use the following software applications: Outlook, Word, Excel, Adobe, Bluebeam, Procore/Project Sight, ProCore, MS Project, Viewpoint, Viewpoint Field Work Center.
