We are seeking an ERP Support Analyst to support and maintain critical ERP and business applications across Finance, Operations, HR, and field service functions. This role will serve as a key point of contact for application support, user assistance, ticket management, documentation, and ERP process troubleshooting across a multi-system enterprise environment.

This is a highly collaborative role ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working across multiple platforms, and supporting users at all levels of the organization.

  • Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support across enterprise ERP and business applications including:
    • ComputerEase
    • Vista by Viewpoint
    • Sage Intacct
    • Additional enterprise platforms as needed
  • Manage and prioritize support tickets using JIRA or similar ticketing systems.
  • Troubleshoot application issues, resolve support requests, and escalate complex issues with detailed documentation and context.
  • Support user account management, security roles, permissions, and basic system administration tasks.
  • Create and maintain end-user documentation, SOPs, training guides, and knowledge base materials.
  • Partner with ERP owners, Finance teams, Operations leaders, and IT stakeholders to identify recurring issues and improve support processes.
  • Assist with onboarding activities including user setup, training coordination, and ERP workflow guidance.
  • Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) for upgrades, patches, and new feature deployments.
  • Coordinate with software vendors and support partners to manage open issues and track SLA performance.
  • Help improve operational processes, support standards, and overall ERP user experience.

  • 3+ years of experience supporting ERP or enterprise business applications.
  • Experience supporting one or more of the following platforms:
    • IFS
    • Vista by Viewpoint
    • ComputerEase
    • Sage Intacct
    • Similar ERP systems
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills across multiple business applications.
  • Experience with JIRA or comparable ticket management platforms.
  • Understanding of operational and financial workflows including:
    • Job costing
    • Payroll
    • AP/AR
    • WIP reporting
    • Field service operations
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical users.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
