About the role:
We are looking for a Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Manager to lead safety performance across our Northeast region. This role sits within our landside logistics operations and is responsible for multiple facilities spanning warehousing, depot, and transportation activities across the U.S. Northeast and parts of Canada. You will lead a team of HSE Business Partners embedded at site level and act as a trusted advisor to operational leadership. With a strong focus on safety, you will drive compliance, influence decision-making, and embed a proactive safety culture across the cluster while partnering closely with senior stakeholders to deliver measurable risk reduction and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop a team of HSE Business Partners supporting multiple sites across the Northeast cluster
  • Act as a strategic advisor to site and regional leadership teams on safety, compliance, and risk mitigation
  • Drive proactive and reactive safety management, including incident investigations, root cause analysis, and follow-up actions
  • Conduct site visits, audits, and risk assessments to identify hazards and ensure adherence to OSHA and internal standards
  • Promote and embed a strong safety culture by influencing operational leaders and supporting implementation of safety programs
  • Deliver HSE training, coaching, and capability-building initiatives across site teams
  • Identify improvement opportunities and lead or contribute to regional HSE projects and initiatives

Location: Florham Park, New Jersey
Travel expectations: Frequent regional travel across the Northeast to support multiple operational sites; primarily day travel with minimal overnight stays
Salary: $100,000 - $125,000*
