This position is primarily onsite in a home care setting, allowing for close interaction with patients in their daily environments. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough evaluations and create tailored treatment plans to address the unique needs of each patient, based on physician referrals.
  • Implement diverse therapeutic modalities and techniques to optimize recovery, focusing primarily on orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine specialties.
  • Monitor and document patient progress meticulously, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary to align with recovery goals and physician's guidance.
  • Provide ongoing education for patients and their caregivers to ensure clarity in treatment plans and bolster compliance.
  • Maintain a high standard of customer service, addressing concerns promptly and with empathy to enhance patient satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to share insights and strategies that promote effective outcomes across the continuum of care.
  • Achieve performance metrics and business objectives that drive both personal and organizational success.
Patient Population / Client Focus

In your role at Viera Physical Therapy, you will work with a varied patient demographic, each facing different physical challenges. Qualifications
  • A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited educational institution.

  • Current CPR certification to ensure patient safety.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with proficiency in computer and documentation software.
