As a Digital Content Creator II, you will work in a daily writing role, creating diverse weekly assignments to support the editorial team. In this role, you will create trustworthy, easy-to-understand health information content for Cleveland Clinic's website, covering complex, sensitive, and nuanced topics that require an understanding of Cleveland Clinic's content ecosystem. You will collaborate with SEO, operations, and graphics teams, as well as Marketing & Communications and teams throughout Cleveland Clinic. This position will flex more between Health Library and Essentials, providing greater variety in content. You will also be more involved in editorial reviews, paid content campaigns, and internal communications, with more interaction with physician reviewers and email campaigns.
A caregiver in this role works remotely, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. with flexibility.
Minimal travel is required, limited to one team retreat per year.
A caregiver who excels in this role will:
Write accurate, high-quality medical content that's consistent with Cleveland Clinic's brand voice.
Research health topics and/or interview clinical sources.

Pay Range
Minimum Annual Salary: $63,250.00
Maximum Annual Salary: $96,467.50
