Position Hours: FULLTIME 2nd Shift 12:00 PM - 8:30 PM (Monday - Friday)
Position Wage: $23.40 - $26.91 (17% shift differential included).

Job Description:
The Order Entry/ContractReview Technician is responsible for following schedules andinstructions to maintain a real time flow through the shipping and receivingareas in the plant, verifying and documenting the condition of receivedcustomer product, as well as rotating duties into order entry and contractreview to produce and review the work orders that drive productrealization.
Principle Duties &Responsibilities:
Order Entry
  • Process orders through Order Entry asthey are received in.
  • Assist in resolving issues with ordersplaced on hold, document findings and releasing orders to production.
  • Communicate with customers in resolvingissues to release orders
  • Document any customer issue utilizing thecustomer concern link in Bluestreak
  • Assist when required in findingresolution to any concern or CAPA
  • Assist when needed on the following
o Verificationof incoming order per QOP-72-01
o Scanningof purchase orders to receiving folders
o Partpicture identification and scanning to receiving folder
  • Clean out individual folders on "O" driveand at the beginning and end of shift.
  • Monitor and maintain Order Entry Workcenter in Bluestreak
  • Assist Managers when required incompleting the following:
o Editingprocesses
o Addingmedia to processes
o Addingtransfer steps and starting transfer operation in Bluestreak
  • Understand and follow the procedureslisted below:
o OrderEntry Procedure

o Media/ Scanning Procedure

Contract Review
  • Verify the accuracy of work orders beforereleasing the order to production.
o Allpurchase order information is accurately reflected on the work order perContract Review work instructions.
o Allrequired media attachments are attached to the work order including:
ยง Purchase order
ยง Picture of parts
ยง All documents associated with thepurchase order
o Allspecifications referenced on the purchase order are linked to the work order
o Allorders must be contract reviewed within 30 minutes of receipt
o Allorders failing verification are returned to order entry for correctionimmediately after review
  • Generate Work Orders and Customer Labels
  • Generate hard copies of work orderspassing contract review for the 305 facility
  • Generate customer labels for all orderspassing contract review
Cell Maintenance
  • Maintain the accuracy of 301 and 305Foreman Bluestreak cells
  • Ensure all orders available are contractreviewed or on hold by the end of each day
  • Contact employee associated with orderson hold longer than 48 hours
  • Report all work order corrections toorder entry to track effectiveness of theorder entry process
