We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Video Content & Recruitment Marketing Project Manager to lead and support initiatives designed to attract and engage future field representatives, with a primary focus on college graduates and early-career talent.

This role sits at the intersection of recruitment marketing, content strategy, and project management, serving as a key liaison between advisors, recruiting teams, creative partners, and offshore support resources. The successful candidate will oversee the organization, optimization, and utilization of video and testimonial content that strengthens employer branding efforts and supports talent acquisition objectives.

This is not a hands-on video editing position; however, candidates should have a strong understanding of video production workflows and be comfortable managing projects from concept through final delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead video content projects from planning and development through final delivery.
  • Partner with advisors, recruiting teams, creative teams, and external stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
  • Audit, organize, and manage a growing library of recruitment and testimonial content, including 90+ existing videos.
  • Review video transcripts and identify compelling content segments that align with recruiting, employer branding, and career marketing objectives.
  • Develop content recommendations and ensure assets are properly categorized, accessible, and effectively utilized.
  • Support the planning and execution of advisor, client, and employee testimonial video initiatives.
  • Manage project timelines, production schedules, milestones, and deliverables across multiple concurrent projects.
  • Coordinate with internal editing and creative teams responsible for content production and post-production activities.
  • Ensure all content aligns with recruitment messaging, talent attraction strategies, and brand standards.
  • Facilitate communication among stakeholders and provide regular project updates, status reports, and recommendations.
  • Identify opportunities to improve content organization, workflow efficiency, and content utilization.
Required Qualifications
  • Experience managing multiple content, marketing, video, or creative projects simultaneously.
  • Strong project management, organizational, and prioritization skills.
  • Understanding of video production processes and content development workflows.
  • Experience coordinating testimonial, interview-based, or personal storytelling content.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr.
