The Role

As our Video Producer & Editor, you'll create compelling video content that reaches hundreds of thousands of real estate professionals across multiple platforms.

Working closely with our marketing and leadership teams, you'll bring the Ferry International brand and Tom Ferry's personal brand to life through high-quality video production. From capturing live events to producing podcasts, social media content, commercials, and promotional videos, you'll play a key role in telling our story.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced creative environment, enjoys both production and post-production, and is excited to own projects from concept through final delivery.


What You'll OwnVideo Production

• Lead all aspects of in-studio and on-location video production, including camera operation, lighting, audio, and production logistics.

• Review shot lists and creative briefs while collaborating with internal teams and on-camera talent to bring concepts to life.

• Support live Zoom webinar productions and virtual events.

• Travel to company events to capture high-quality video content and behind-the-scenes footage.

Editing & Post Production

• Edit engaging video content with a strong focus on storytelling, pacing, branding, and platform best practices.

• Produce content for podcasts, YouTube, paid advertising, social media, webinars, promotional campaigns, commercials, and event recaps.

• Utilize AI-powered editing tools and emerging technologies to improve production efficiency and workflow.

• Stay current on video trends, editing techniques, platform updates, and algorithm changes to maximize content performance.

Publishing & Asset Management

• Publish weekly podcast video and audio content across YouTube and podcast platforms.

• Organize and maintain video assets, project files, footage libraries, and production archives.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while consistently delivering high-quality work on deadline.

Team Collaboration

• Partner closely with Marketing, Creative, Leadership, and Content teams to execute strategic campaigns.

• Contribute creative ideas that elevate the Ferry International brand across all digital platforms.

• Maintain high production standards while adapting to changing priorities and deadlines.

General Responsibilities

• Maintain regular attendance and on-time reporting.

What You'll Bring

• 2–4 years of professional experience as a Videographer, Video Producer, Video Editor, or similar creative role.

• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and familiarity with Adobe After Effects or comparable motion graphics software.

• Experience operating professional camera systems, lighting equipment, and audio recording gear.

• Strong understanding of content creation across YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.

• Ability to independently manage video projects from planning through final delivery.

• Portfolio showcasing branded content, interviews, event coverage, podcasts, commercials, and short-form social media content.

• Strong organizational and project management skills.

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

• Understanding of marketing strategy and how video supports broader business objectives.

• High level of professionalism and discretion when working with executives and confidential information.

• Willingness to travel up to approximately 15% for company events.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Film, Media Production, Communications, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

• Experience with AI-assisted editing tools and production workflows.

• Motion graphics experience using After Effects or similar software.
