Video Content ProducerSt. Cloud, MN | OnsiteLove figuring out why videos performnot just how to make them?ATS is looking for a Video Content Producer who combines strong production skills with a curiosity for audience behavior, content performance, and continuous improvement.You'll create video content that helps professional drivers get answers to important career questions while using data and insights to improve engagement, reach, and recruiting outcomes.This isn't a traditional videography role.We're looking for someone who enjoys asking questions like:
  • Why did this video outperform the last one?
  • How can we improve audience retention?
  • What topics are drivers searching for?
  • How can we package content to increase engagement?
  • What can performance data teach us about future content?
What You'll Do
  • Plan, film, edit, publish, and optimize video content from start to finish
  • Create YouTube, recruiting, educational, and social media content
  • Analyze video performance and use insights to improve future content
  • Interview drivers and employees to uncover authentic stories
  • Optimize titles, thumbnails, content structure, and distribution strategies
