Job description

Ziegler Companies is seeking a Video and Digital Content Producer to develop and produce video, photography and digital content that supports Ziegler's brand, demand generation, customer experience and corporate communications objectives across all channels.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop scripts, storyboards and shot lists to plan video and photo production
  • Produce and edit video content for campaigns, social media, recruiting, customer stories and thought leadership initiatives.
  • Capture photography and video footage at customer locations, branches, events and job sites.
  • Create motion graphics, short-form video and visual storytelling assets.
  • Partner with Integrated Marketing and Corporate Communications to execute content calendars and campaign plans.
  • Responsible for pre-production, production and post-production workflow
  • Manage video production timelines, equipment, freelance talent and external production resources.
  • Optimize digital content formats for web, social, email and paid media channels.
  • Maintain organized content libraries and digital asset repositories.
  • Track content performance and recommend improvements to engagement and reach
  • Ownership of release forms, media permissions and asset tagging
  • Accountability for captioning, accessibility, aspect-ratio versioning for social, web, email, paid media

Qualifications:
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in Video Production, Film, Broadcasting, Digital Media, or related field required; equivalent professional production experience and portfolio/reel may be considered
  • 3-5 years of video production and content creation experience.
  • Hands-on experience with cameras, lighting and audio equipment in field and studio settings
  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere, After Effects and related editing tools.
  • Experience directing subjects/talent on shoots and managing production logistics
  • Strong storytelling and visual communication capabilities.
  • Experience creating content optimized for social, web and digital marketing channels.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities simultaneously.

Travel:
  • Up to 20%

Minimum Physical Requirements:
  • Standing, walking, using hands, talking, hearing

The pay range for this position is
$64,400.00 to $77,250.00
Starting wage is dependent on skills, experience, education and location. Pay range may vary by 10% depending upon the applicant's location. Along with competitive pay, full time positions are benefits eligible which includes:
