Cosmo Appliances is a fast-growing provider of modern, affordable luxury kitchen appliances. Headquartered in Southern California, we design sleek, professional-grade products that elevate home cooking and inspire creativity in the kitchen.
We are looking for a passionate and strategic In-House Social Media and Brand Manager to join us at our Chino, CA office. This role is perfect for a digital content leader who thrives both behind and in front of the camera, combining content direction, performance analysis, and hands-on execution to drive brand engagement.
Summary
As our in-house Social Media Lead & Brand Spokesperson, you will take full ownership of Cosmo's organic content strategy across social media channels like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook. You'll lead the planning, production, and optimization of branded video content, oversee a small creative team, collaborate with influencers, and align efforts with business goals through strategic coordination with leadership.
This is an on-site leadership role ideal for someone with strong creative instincts, production experience, and the confidence to represent our brand on camera.
Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Manager and senior leadership to create, refine, and execute strategic social media plans aligned with company objectives.
  • Develop and manage a long-term content calendar, aligning closely with brand initiatives, product launches, and seasonal campaigns.
  • Lead a small in-house creative team, setting direction, providing mentorship, and managing workflow to meet quality and deadline expectations.
  • Lead and direct video content production, from ideation and scripting through filming, editing coordination, and platform-specific publishing.
  • Serve as the on-camera brand ambassador for Cosmo Appliances across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook, presenting product features, tips, and brand narratives in a compelling and confident manner.
  • Oversee influencer and creator collaborations, including partner selection, briefing, approvals, and post-campaign evaluation.
  • Own performance tracking and optimization, using analytics to evaluate engagement, reach, conversions, and to adjust strategies for greater impact.
  • Safeguard brand identity and creative consistency, ensuring content reflects Cosmo's tone, aesthetics, and values.
  • Research emerging trends and apply platform best practices to keep Cosmo's content fresh, engaging, and competitive.
  • Review and approve all published content, acting as the final checkpoint for quality control and brand representation.
  • Lead social media support for product launches and campaigns, offering creative direction and real-time execution.
  • Partner with internal departments, including product development and customer support, to ensure, messaging is aligned and accurate.
  • Actively manage community engagement, including comment moderation, content re-sharing, and fostering two-way communication
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of professional experience managing and leading branded social media accounts
  • Confident, articulate, and personable on camera, with strong presentation skills
  • Skilled in video production using tools such as CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere, or similar
  • Strong command of analytics with the ability to turn data into action
  • Proven success in managing influencer programs and social campaigns
  • Highly organized, self-directed, and proactive in a team leadership environment
Preferred Experience
  • Experience working with kitchen, home, or lifestyle brands
  • Background in creative leadership or content direction
  • Familiarity with social media advertising and paid content strategy
