Job description

80Twenty is a boutique creative recruitment agency that connects high-growth companies with exceptional candidates

About the Company

Our client is one of the most recognized quick-service restaurant brands in the world, with over 7,500 locations across the globe serving tens of millions of fans each week. Built on a culture of bold self-expression and creative ambition, the company has earned genuine cultural relevance far beyond its category. They are part of the world's largest restaurant group and continue to raise the bar on what a QSR brand can produce creatively — across broadcast, digital, and social.

About the Role

This is an editor role with meaningful scope — split between supporting international marketing campaigns and delivering platform-native social content. Sitting within the Global Brand Creative team and reporting to the Director of Creative Operations, the Video Editor will own the edit across a broad range of formats: TVC, DOOH, social, digital, and market-specific adaptations. This is not a support role. The editor here carries real creative accountability, from brief to final delivery, across two high-visibility workstreams simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead editing of international marketing content across TVC, DOOH, social, digital, and market-specific requests, ensuring alignment with global strategy and regional requirements
  • Partner with international marketing and creative teams to bring concepts from brief to delivery with precision and creative integrity
  • Incorporate graphics, animations, sound effects, and motion enhancements consistent with brand style and current platform trends
  • Deliver final video files across all required formats and specs, optimized for international distribution across multiple channels and placements
  • Maintain clean project files and consistent version control across international video assets
  • Lead editing of social-first content optimized for YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, and paid media
  • Collaborate with art directors, designers, creative producers, content creators, and marketers to execute on creative briefs across both workstreams
  • Manage concurrent timelines across international and social projects, proactively flagging prioritization concerns before they become blockers
  • Bring innovative editing techniques and visual approaches to keep content fresh and competitive

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience editing for marketing or branded content, ideally within a lifestyle brand, post-production house, or creative agency
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating narrative storytelling, pacing, transitions, and motion — with clear evidence of platform-native social editing
  • Proficiency in Premiere Pro or Final Cut required
  • Experience editing content across product, value, cultural activation, and lifestyle formats
  • Solid understanding of content best practices, formats, and specs across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, and paid media
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams in a fast-moving environment
  • Comfortable receiving and implementing feedback across multiple stakeholders and creative iterations
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and CapCut is an asset
