About the Role:
Seeking an experienced Video Production & Training Content Specialist to create and maintain high-quality training and instructional videos. This role is responsible for editing and producing engaging learning content using Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe Creative Cloud tools, collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, manage reviews, and deliver projects on tight timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create, update, and edit training videos using Adobe Premiere Pro.

  • Develop video content from scripts, screenshots, and screen recordings.

  • Rebuild and modify existing video assets and project files as needed.

  • Collaborate with business partners to define requirements, develop storyboards, and manage the content review process.

  • Create and edit voiceovers, music, and AI-generated audio elements.

  • Perform graphic updates using Adobe Creative Cloud applications, including Photoshop and Illustrator.

  • Deliver organized, fully editable project files with clear naming conventions and documentation to support future maintenance and updates.

Required Qualifications:

  • Advanced expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro.

  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud tools, including Photoshop and Illustrator.

  • Experience producing training, instructional, software demonstration, or application walkthrough videos.

  • Excellent project management, organization, and stakeholder communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and proactively gather requirements, assets, and feedback from business teams.

Additional Details:

  • Core business hours: 9:00am – 4:00pm Pacific Standard Time Monday through Friday.

Pay Details: $38.46 per hour
