Users can pause, rewind, and fast-forward content, offering a flexible and personalized viewing experience. Popular VOD platforms include Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon Prime Video.

Our content is designed to be fun, engaging, and worth watching, transforming waiting rooms, gyms, bars, and restaurants into better experiences for customers and better businesses for owners.

We are the first and only company to think about both the business owner and their customers when creating TV content. With 60,000+ venues and a global audience of over 150 million monthly viewers, Atmosphere is redefining what TV means outside the living room.

About the Role:

Atmosphere is seeking a highly creative, innovative, and organized Producer/Editor to curate and edit video content for Atmosphere TV VOD Channels.

The ideal candidate has strong social outreach and video editing skills, with experience creating compilation-style videos across various platforms while keeping an organized production archive. • Accurately track and organize clip usage on channel(s)
  • Take direction from leadership on strategy, creative, and execution
  • Work on special projects as assigned
  • Strong interest in viral content and where to find entertaining creators to feature

Requirements:

  • Proactive work ethic under deadline pressure
  • Experience with Adobe Suite: Premiere and After Effects
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask
  • Efficiency with Google Suite (i.e., Sheets, Docs)
  • Ability to learn new software and platforms quickly (Dropbox for Desktop, Airtable, etc.)
  • A true team player and innovator who brings passion to the table

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Base salary $55,000 - $65,000
  • Company Equity
  • Company 401(k) with employer matching
  • Competitive insurance plans
  • Flexible Time Off Policy

Our Commitment to Diversity:

Donโ€™t meet every single requirement? Research shows that women and underrepresented groups often hesitate to apply unless they meet all the criteria. At Atmosphere, weโ€™re committed to building a diverse, inclusive team where creativity, innovation, and teamwork thrive. If you're excited about this role but your experience doesnโ€™t perfectly align with every qualification, we still encourage you to applyโ€”you might be the right fit for this or another role.
