Location: Orlando, FL & Las Vegas, NV
Schedule: Full Time

Pay: $80,055 - $96,452 annually
LMG is a leader in delivering high quality video solutions for meetings, live events, and concert touring. We're looking for an experienced Systems Manager, Video who is highly technical, organized, and passionate about creating seamless video operations while helping shape how our systems are packaged, kitted, and deployed.
What You'll Be Doing
✅ Oversee the planning, setup, and operation of video systems for meetings, live events, and concert tours
✅ Design and improve product packaging and kitting strategies to streamline deployments
✅ Manage large pixel count video switching systems such as E2, AnalogWay, or similar
✅ Ensure optimal performance of projection systems and screen configurations
✅ Support LED walls, media servers, and signal distribution for touring environments
✅ Travel to event sites to provide technical support and troubleshooting
✅ Supervise and mentor video technicians on best practices and workflows
✅ Coordinate with vendors and clients to meet technical requirements
✅ Maintain high standards for video quality, reliability, and redundancy
✅ Identify process improvements and adopt new video technologies
What We're Looking For
5 to 7 years of experience in meetings and live events with a focus on video systems
Strong technical knowledge of video switching infrastructure
Experience with projection systems, screens, and alignment
Understanding of LED walls, media servers, and touring video signal flow
Proven leadership and team management skills
Strong troubleshooting and problem solving abilities
Excellent communication skills
Willingness to travel as needed
