What will you do?
  • Monitor and maintain bar and restaurant cost of sales
  • Research and implement new beverage products that will elevate guest service and satisfaction
  • Hire, train, and lead team members, providing feedback on their job responsibilities
  • Coordinate alcohol compliance and quality standards, handle guest relations, and monitor adherence to quality assurance standards
  • Assist with inventory checks and end-of-month financial reporting
