Job Description

The Digital Sales Integrations Specialist is responsible for supporting the development, coordination, and execution of sponsored digital content campaigns across NBC Sports platforms, including social, digital video, streaming, editorial, podcasts, and emerging digital products.

You will support the day-to-day execution of digital sponsorships, helping ensure that campaign deliverables are clearly communicated, properly tracked, and executed on time while meeting both client expectations and internal content standards.

The team works side-by-side with Sales, Editorial, Social, Legal, Talent, and Product teams to help bring digital sponsorship programs to life. We are looking for a detail-oriented, proactive, collaborative problem solver with strong communication skills, a passion for sports and media, and the ability to manage multiple campaign elements in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of sponsored digital campaigns across NBC Sports platforms, including social, Peacock, NBCSports.com, YouTube, podcasts, and other digital extensions
  • Help gather, organize, and communicate campaign details, deliverables, timelines, creative requirements, and key executional needs to internal teams
  • Work closely with Sales and content teams to ensure all parties are aligned throughout the campaign lifecycle
  • Maintain campaign trackers, status documents, execution calendars, and recap materials to ensure visibility across internal stakeholders
  • Attend internal campaign kickoff meetings, status calls, and weekly cross-functional meetings to track progress and identify potential issues
  • Assist with reviewing sponsorship elements to ensure they align with sold media plans, platform capabilities, editorial standards, and client expectations
  • Support live-event and tentpole programming efforts by helping coordinate sponsored digital opportunities around major NBC Sports properties like the NFL, Olympic Games, and the NBA
  • Assist in compiling screenshots, links, performance notes, and other materials for client recaps and internal reporting
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required
  • Prior experience in digital media, advertising, sponsorships, social media, sales operations, marketing, or sports media preferred
  • Must be self-motivated and able to work independently as well as collaboratively across multiple departments
  • Ability to multitask and efficiently manage priorities is critical
  • Must be organized, detail-oriented, and highly accurate in tracking campaign information and deliverables
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong working relationships across internal teams
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Experience with video and photo editing tools like Adobe After Effects or Photoshop a plus
  • Familiarity with digital media reporting terminology as well as Ad Sales metrics
  • Understanding of social platforms, streaming platforms, digital video, editorial content, and branded content
  • Strong interest in sports, digital content, and branded storytelling
