Job Title: Structural Engineer | Hybrid

Job Description

Join our team as a Structural Engineer and contribute to the design and analysis of steel, concrete, and masonry systems in utility and industrial facilities. You will work on designing foundations, structural framing, and equipment supports for substations and industrial sites while evaluating existing structures for upgrades, expansions, and life-extension projects. Your role will include preparing engineering calculations, drawings, and supporting documentation, and developing and reviewing structural drawings, details, and specifications. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and support construction through RFIs and shop drawing reviews. Assist in project planning, including schedules, cost estimates, and constructability reviews, ensuring all designs meet applicable codes, standards, and client requirements. Apply safety principles and consider environmental, seismic, and operational design factors.

Responsibilities

  • Experience with substations, steel mill or heavy industrial structures, or natural gas regulators and metering stations preferred.
