Overview

We are seeking a Communications Specialist & Videographer to support the development of a scalable content and storytelling engine across executive communications, dealer engagement, and enterprise initiatives.

This role requires a strong storyteller who can capture real-world business impact, translate complex topics into clear and compelling narratives, and produce high-quality content that can be consistently scaled across audiences.

You will work closely with executive stakeholders, client services, and cross-functional teams to develop content that reinforces key priorities, supports dealer engagement, and drives alignment across the organization.

Responsibilities

Story Development & Content Capture

  • Capture and develop real-world proof points from the field, including dealer experiences and operational impact
  • Translate complex business topics into clear, compelling, and repeatable narratives
  • Identify high-value storytelling opportunities that reinforce key business priorities

Executive Communications

  • Produce executive-facing video content, including leadership updates, strategic messages, and internal communications
  • Support development of content used in executive and field communications
  • Ensure all content aligns with leadership tone, messaging, and business objectives

Content Production & Delivery

  • Lead filming, editing, and production of video content, including executive communications, dealer stories, and field updates
  • Ensure high production quality across all outputs (visual, audio, and narrative)
  • Manage timelines to support a consistent and reliable production cadence

Scalable Content Development

  • Build and maintain a pipeline of content that can be reused across multiple audiences and channels
  • Develop modular content formats that support ongoing communication needs
  • Ensure consistency in storytelling, messaging, and visual presentation across all assets

Field & Event Support

  • Capture content at dealer locations, leadership events, and key business moments
  • Partner with field teams to identify opportunities for content capture
  • Ensure readiness for on-site production and efficient turnaround

Content Organization & Distribution Support

  • Support organization and management of video assets and content library
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure content is accessible and distributed effectively
  • Maintain consistency across content formats and platforms
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in video production, editing, and storytelling
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and related production tools
  • Experience filming with DSLR or mirrorless cameras and managing lighting/audio setups
  • Strong storytelling ability, particularly in translating complex business topics into clear, engaging narratives
  • Experience supporting executive communications or corporate storytelling
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects with fast turnaround times
  • Ability to operate independently in both studio and field environments
  • Experience working with brand guidelines and maintaining consistency across content
  • Familiarity with automotive or dealer environments is a plus

Additional InformationCompensation Range: $50,065 - 63,200. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting.
