We're on the lookout for a creative and driven Marketing Intern to join our team. Responsibilities

  • Content Creation: Assist in writing and editing engaging content, including articles/blogs, eBooks, social media, invitations, and newsletters.
  • Digital Marketing Campaigns: Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns by contributing to concept creation, content writing, and imagery to drive audience engagement and brand awareness.
  • Graphics: Support graphics for digital and print materials using tools like Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Video: Support video production and editting, bringing ideas and creativity to projects.
  • Administrative Tasks: Assist with various administrative duties such as maintaining reports, event support, restocking marketing supplies, and local errands.


Qualifications

  • Current enrollment as a Junior/Senior in a college program for marketing, communications, advertising, or related field
  • Excellent verbal and written communication with outstanding copywriting and proofreading skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail - you catch the little things
  • Organized and self-motivated team player able to keep up and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
  • Curiosity and a growth mindset - you ask questions, take the initiative, love learning new things, and bring ideas
  • Ability to work in a collaborative team environment while also being comfortable working independently
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)


Nice to Have(but not required)

  • Experience in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator), and/or Video Editing
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Sharepoint 365 and/or WordPress (content management systems)
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts
  • A creative eye for design, brand management, and storytelling


Leadership

  • Reports to Director of Marketing with Marketing Associate providing day-to-day training and supervision
