Job description

Marketing, Social Media & Partnerships Coordinator
ABOUT TOUCHCARE
TouchCare is a healthcare concierge service dedicated to simplifying the complexities of health insurance and the healthcare system. We help members resolve billing issues, coordinate with providers, understand benefits, and save time and money. Our mission is to make healthcare navigation feel more human, more clear, and far less stressful.
We are growing quickly and building a marketing function that can bring the TouchCare story to life across social platforms, podcasts, digital communities, forums, events, partnerships, and content channels.
JOB OVERVIEW
TouchCare is looking for a creative, organized, and high-energy Marketing, Social Media & Partnerships Coordinator to help us grow our voice, expand our reach, and show up with consistency across the places our audiences spend time.
This is a hands-on growth role for a college student, recent graduate, or early-career marketer who loves content, storytelling, social media, podcasts, digital engagement, and relationship-building. You will help turn ideas into posts, conversations, campaigns, clips, graphics, emails, forum engagement, and partner moments that make people understand who TouchCare is and why our work matters.
The right person is curious, fast-moving, detail-oriented, and excited to learn. You do not need to know everything yet - but you do need to bring energy, follow-through, strong writing instincts, and a willingness to jump in.
WHAT YOU WILL HELP BUILD
  • Social presence: help create content that brings TouchCare to life across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
  • Podcast and media content: support podcast planning, guest coordination, show notes, clips, captions, and distribution across social and digital channels.
  • Digital communities and forums: identify relevant conversations across online communities, industry forums, benefits groups, healthcare discussions, and partner channels.
  • Partnership storytelling: help highlight brokers, employers, partners, events, webinars, and thought leadership moments in a way that feels polished and human.
  • Brand momentum: help us build a consistent, engaging, and credible marketing voice during a high-growth phase.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Plan, create, and schedule social media content: develop engaging content for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and other relevant media outlets. Create posts, reels, graphics, short-form video, carousels, captions, and campaign assets.
  • Support podcast content and promotion: assist with podcast topic research, guest prep, episode promotion, short clips, quote graphics, captions, and repurposing long-form conversations into bite-sized social content.
  • Engage across digital communities and forums: monitor relevant industry forums, social conversations, online communities, and media channels to identify opportunities for thoughtful engagement and brand visibility.
  • Capture and edit photo and video content: support onsite, event, team, and campaign content creation using tools like Canva, Figma, CapCut, InShot, or similar platforms.
  • Assist with email and campaign execution: help draft, design, schedule, and organize email campaigns, newsletters, event promotions, and content distribution.
  • Support partnerships and co-marketing: help identify partnership opportunities, support co-branded content, coordinate partner promotion, and keep track of relationship-driven marketing activity.
  • Research trends and content ideas: stay current on social trends, healthcare and benefits topics, podcast formats, competitor activity, and emerging platforms.
  • Support events and thought leadership: assist with webinars, broker events, internal content moments, event recap content, speaker promotion, and post-event social coverage.
  • Keep the content engine organized: maintain content calendars, asset folders, posting schedules, deadlines, approvals, and basic performance tracking.

IDEAL CANDIDATE
  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a college or university; preferred areas include Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Journalism, Public Relations, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in social media, content creation, podcasts, brand-building, partnerships, and digital engagement.
  • Comfortable creating content for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, podcasts, online forums, and other media outlets.
  • Strong writing skills with a good instinct for tone, audience, and clear storytelling.
  • Proficient in or excited to work with Canva, Figma, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, InShot, or similar design and video editing tools.
  • Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple moving pieces in a fast-paced environment.
  • Curious about healthcare, employee benefits, member advocacy, wellness, consumer education, or B2B marketing.
  • Comfortable asking questions, learning quickly, and working with a team that is building as it grows.
  • A creative thinker who also understands that details, deadlines, and follow-through matter.

WHAT WE VALUE
We value high-performing, creative people who are excited to dig into problems, bring ideas forward, and help build something meaningful. You should be a self-starter who can bring positive energy, communicate clearly, and take ownership of your work.
We strongly believe in growing a diverse team and encourage people of all backgrounds, genders, ethnicities, abilities, and sexual orientations to apply. TouchCare is made up of a supportive team that respects each other and believes people should be able to bring their whole selves to work.
WHY JOIN US
  • Real growth: get a front-row seat to a high-growth healthcare company building a stronger marketing engine.
  • Hands-on experience: create real content across social, podcast, forums, events, email, partnerships, and digital channels - not just busywork.
  • Mission-driven work: help tell the story of a company making healthcare easier for members, employers, and partners.
  • Creative runway: bring ideas, test formats, learn what works, and help shape how TouchCare shows up in market.
  • Team exposure: work with marketing, sales, partnerships, operations, and leadership in a collaborative environment.

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
  • You understand the TouchCare voice and can turn business ideas into clean, engaging content.
  • You help keep the content calendar organized and moving without constant follow-up.
  • You bring smart ideas for social posts, podcast clips, partner stories, and community engagement.
  • You are building confidence with healthcare, benefits, brokers, employers, and member advocacy topics.
  • You are learning quickly, asking good questions, and becoming a trusted support partner to the marketing team.

THIS COULD BE A GREAT FIT IF
  • You love social media but also care about strategy, quality, and brand credibility.
  • You are the person who notices a good content angle in a meeting, podcast, event, or conversation.
  • You like moving fast, staying organized, and making things look polished.
  • You want to grow in marketing, partnerships, content, brand, or communications.

Compensation: The salary range for this role is $50,000- $65,000 based on experience, skills, and qualifications.
Benefits: TouchCare offers a competitive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, paid time off, parental leave, and other company-sponsored benefits.
Location: This role is based in our Stamford, CT headquarters and is expected to be onsite 5 days per week. Candidates must be able to reliably commute to Stamford, CT for the required onsite schedule.
TouchCare is an Equal Opportunity Employer. We are committed to building a diverse and inclusive workplace and consider all qualified applicants without regard to race, color, religion, sex, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, or any other legally protected status.
