What are the main challenges faced by video architects in their day-to-day work?

Video Architects often navigate the complexities of designing scalable video delivery systems that maintain high quality while optimizing performance and cost. They must continuously adapt to emerging technologies, evolving industry standards, and the increasing demand for seamless video streaming across multiple devices.
