General Summary and Purpose:This is a full-time on-site role for a Mutual Fund/ETF Wholesaler based in the New York /Long Island area. The role involves developing and maintaining relationships with financial advisors, promoting mutual funds/ETF, other investment products, and executing sales strategies to achieve business growth. Responsibilities include identifying new sales opportunities, providing product insights and support, preparing financial and business planning presentations, and contributing to client investment solutions. The individual will work closely with internal teams to align strategies and ensure client success.You Have:
  • Proficiency in Business Planning and Finance to assist clients in developing tailored investment strategies
  • Knowledge of Investments and Wholesale practices, with experience managing mutual funds and alternative asset classes
  • Strong Sales skills and the ability to establish and nurture client relationships
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Relevant license 7 and 63 or 65 is required
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in the financial services industry
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively with a team.

Target Compensation:

The target base salary range for this position is $75,000

Salaries are determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees, and certifications.

Victory Capital Management operates a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy and total compensation may vary based on role, location, department and individual performance.

Victory Capital Management’s total compensation package includes the opportunity for annual compensation bonuses and/or commissions and a generous benefits package.
