Summary

Vicinity Energy is seeking a motivated Marketing Intern to support regional marketing and communications initiatives in our Philadelphia office. This role is ideal for a student passionate about sustainability and clean energy who is eager to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, mission-driven environment. This is a part-time non-exempt position reporting to the Vice President of Marketing and Communications. This role is located in Philadelphia, PA.

Responsibilities 

  • Support the coordination and execution of regional marketing campaigns and initiatives
  • Assist with content development across email, social media, and internal communications
  • Maintain and update marketing materials, presentations, and contact databases
  • Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and target audiences
  • Provide support for events, including planning and on-site coordination
  • Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks to keep projects on track

Basic Qualifications

  • Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, English, Journalism or related field

Other Qualifications

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Positive, proactive attitude and eagerness to learn
