Comlux Team,

It is my pleasure to announce that Tim Marshall will be joining Comlux America as our new Vice President of Operations, effective August 3, 2026.

Tim brings a notable track record of operational leadership, program execution, and organizational growth across both the aerospace and defense sectors. Most recently, he served as Senior Director of Operations at Sierra Nevada Corporation, where he successfully led the development and expansion of the Dayton operation, overseeing the construction, staffing, and activation of four 90,000-square-foot hangars supporting the $13 billion, 10-year Survivable Airborne Operations Center (SAOC) program, along with several other critical defense initiatives. Prior to that, Tim spent more than 25 years with The Boeing Company, holding a variety of operations and program management leadership roles.

Throughout his career, he has built FAA Part 145 and AS9100-compliant repair stations, optimized complex supply chains, and led large-scale aircraft maintenance and modification programs with a strong emphasis on safety, quality, cost performance, and on-time delivery.

Tim's extensive experience, disciplined approach to execution, and commitment to operational excellence make him exceptionally well positioned to help lead Comlux America through its next phase of growth. His military service reflects the dedication, professionalism, and mission-focused mindset that have remained hallmarks of his leadership throughout his career.

Please join me in welcoming Tim to the Comlux team. We are excited to have him on board and look forward to the leadership, expertise, and perspective he will bring to Comlux America.

Welcome, Tim. We are pleased to have you as part of the team and look forward to our future success together.
