What would you do as a Vice President of Lending?

This position oversees Consumer, Mortgage, and Commercial lending functions while leading the lending department staff through effective hiring, training, and performance management. This role entails budget oversight, vendor management, and cross-departmental collaboration to ensure the success of lending initiatives and drive member engagement.
What we're looking for in a Vice President of Lending
To excel as the Vice President of Lending at Zeal Credit Union, candidates should possess 7 to 10 years of lending and leadership experience, along with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field. A deep understanding of the secondary market and a proven track record in first and second mortgage residential real estate lending are essential.
