As a Vice President Markets Tax Operations within the North America Markets TaxOperations team, you will own the end-to-end cadence of leadership reporting,strategic messaging, and operational transparency, ensuring senior stakeholdersreceive clear, data-driven narratives that accurately reflect the team'sperformance, priorities, and risk. You will coach and mentor team members,collaborate with stakeholders, design, and deliver training on workflowautomation, and streamline and revolutionize the firm’s processes.

Job responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver executive-level reports and presentations for theManagement Committee and steering committees, providing strategic insightsand thought leadership
  • Develop and maintain a working knowledge of the end-to-end business processesacross all sub-teams, ensuring that reporting and communications accuratelyreflect operational realities rather than surface-level summaries
  • Coordinate the execution of strategic initiatives and department-widedeliverables in partnership with senior leaders across JPMorgan Chase
  • Engage with sub-team leads across all functions within the organization togather operational data, project status, KPIs, and risk indicators on arecurring basis, distilling disparate inputs into a unified, coherent pictureof organizational performance
  • Oversee the Tax Utility Leadership Team’s operating rhythm, includingstrategic reviews, goal-setting sessions, and leadership offsites
  • Manage governance of the department’s goals, ensuring transparency throughkey performance metrics that measure organizational effectiveness
  • Participate in ongoing business planning activities, including budgeting,headcount forecasting, priority setting, and initiative funding
  • Partner with other Chiefs of Staff to drive alignment and activation offirm-wide priorities
  • Foster strong partnerships with senior leaders and cross-functional teams(e.g., Finance, People) to ensure timely delivery of firm-wide commitments
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • 7+ years of experience in delivering intelligent automation and businessanalysis or equivalent experience with at least 3 years in businessmanagement, chief of staff, management consulting, or strategiccommunications roles within a large, matrixed organization
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Tax, Finance, Communications, or a relateddiscipline
  • Proven ability to gather and analyze complex data and to develop accurateconclusions with deep comprehension of the business to understand riskimplications
  • Significant business and technical expertise and problem-solvingmethodologies focused on analyzing complex operating models, anticipatingissues and use of appropriate technology to mitigate risk
  • Advanced knowledge of one or multiple intelligence automation applicationsand programming languages
  • Experience in coaching and directing less experienced team members onautomation tools
  • Proven ability to operate independently with minimal direction whilemaintaining alignment with leadership priorities
  • Experience with analytics and reporting expertise, including the ability tointerpret metrics, identify patterns, and synthesize insights from keyperformance indicators
  • Demonstrated success in strategic planning and project management, with astrong sense of urgency and commitment to timely execution
  • Strong knowledge and comprehension of Internal Revenue Codes Chapter 3,Chapter 4, and Chapter 61
  • Understanding and expert knowledge of Internal Revenue Service Forms W9 andW8 as well as their associated requirements: Forms 1099 series, 1042-S; Forms945 and 1042
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Master of Business Administration or Master’s degree
  • Advanced skills and understanding of business analysis, design, development,testing, and deployment
  • Preferred experience supporting more than one CCB Operations Function/Line ofBusiness
