This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth, building and nurturing key client relationships, and leading the development of innovative solutions tailored to meet the evolving needs of key stakeholders across the Stop Loss Insurance Industry. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of deep industry knowledge, leadership acumen, and a proven track record of success in scaling business operations.
• Lead efforts to develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for the Stop Loss Carrier Consulting business to achieve revenue, profitability, and market share goals.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and inform strategic direction.
• Build and expand relationships with key stakeholders.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and strategic alliances.
• Drive cross-selling and upselling initiatives within existing client accounts.
