Job Description:

The Product & Deployment Owner, Inventory Management Systems (IMS) serves as the enterprise lead responsible for implementing and operating inventory management systems for slot operations across Hard Rock SGA and HRI properties. This role ensures slot parts inventory systems, processes, and replenishment strategies are deployed effectively to minimize Electronic Gaming Machine (EGM) downtime, improve inventory visibility, and optimize parts spend.

Reports to: VP, Gaming Operations

On-site position: Support Services (SHRSS) in Davie, FL, with occasional travel to properties as needed to support regional leaders

Responsibilities:

Deploy inventory management systems
  • Lead selection, implementation, and rollout of inventory management systems across SGA and HRI properties
  • Partner with IT and vendors to deploy IMS capabilities across properties
  • Coordinate property onboarding, training, and adoption activities
Minimize inventory and parts spend
  • Reduce excess spend on inventory levels and replenishment practices
  • Standardize inventory reporting and purchasing practices across properties
  • Partner with Procurement and vendors to improve sourcing consistency and inventory visibility
Minimize EGM downtime due to parts availability
  • Ensure critical slot machine parts are quickly available to properties
  • Define inventory operating models and warehouse strategies that improve slot

machine uptime across properties

  • Adjust inventory levels based on preventative maintenance schedules and machine usage trends
Performance tracking & operational support
  • Track KPIs related to EGM, inventory utilization, and inventory spend
  • Resolve operational or system-related inventory issues as needed
  • Identify opportunities to improve scalability, reporting, and operational effectiveness across the enterprise

Key interactions to be successful:

  • Partner with Slot Operations and Slot Tech leaders to align inventory strategies with operational and preventative maintenance needs
  • Collaborate with IT teams and external vendors to implement and support inventory management systems
  • Coordinate with Procurement and Finance teams to improve inventory visibility, purchasing practices, and parts governance
  • Support property leadership teams during system rollout, onboarding, and operational adoption activities

Ideal Qualifications:

  • Strong project management and execution skills with experience implementing operational and technology initiatives (3-5+ YOE preferred)
  • Understanding of inventory management, preventative maintenance, and supply chain processes
  • Experience in casino, hospitality, manufacturing, or large-scale service operations preferred (2+ YOE preferred)
