HMC Products, a division of ProMach, is focused on producing world-class packaging equipment for a global customer base. We are seeking an experienced Vice President of Operations excited to lead our organization through the next phase of growth. The Vice President of Operations will be responsible for providing direction and daily oversight of cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality packaging equipment on time and within budget, while fostering a culture of continuous improvement, operational excellence, and safety. In this high-impact role, you’ll drive operational excellence to ensure achievement of business goals and customer expectations.

Are you passionate about this work?

  • Create and lead a culture of continuous improvement by introducing process improvements and KPI’s to monitor progress and success.
  • Work closely with the VP/GM on manufacturing & engineering plans, goals and project innovations to ensure a competitive market position and product profitability.

  • Interface directly with customers and vendors as needed to support business.
  • Provide leadership, communication, and coaching to team members.
  • Develop and communicate individual growth paths for team members.
  • Promote and instill a strong quality culture to exceed customer expectations.
  • Communicate with leadership and team members to ensure alignment to schedules and agreed upon company objectives.
  • Utilize Lean tools to provide a visual workflow, including a visible working schedule and celebrations of successful continuous improvements.
  • Work with the leadership team and employees to ensure a culture of “safety first” and compliance with all local, state, and federal laws.
  • Drive accountability, performance management, and team development.
  • Serve as a senior advisor to internal departments and a point of escalation for key issues.

What’s in it for you?

There's no monopoly on innovative ideas or limits to how far you can advance with our team. We offer an open, communicative environment that fosters individual initiative. We pride ourselves in being a company where people are happy and choose to build a career.

In addition to growth opportunities, as a ProMach employee, you receive more than just a paycheck. Total compensation includes your salary, comprehensive medical/dental programs, as well as life insurance, a generous paid time off program, and a retirement savings plan with a company match.

Base Salary Range: $150,000-$175,000; Potential Bonus Opportunity: $35,000 – 40,000
