We are partnering with a nationally recognized, fee-only Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) seeking a Vice President, Wealth Advisor to join its growing Dallas team. This is an opportunity to work within an established wealth management platform that provides a steady flow of qualified prospective clients through organic lead generation channels and referral relationships with major custodial partners. The ideal candidate is a seasoned advisor who enjoys comprehensive financial planning, relationship management, and helping high-net-worth families navigate complex financial decisions.


What You'll Do:

  • Serve as the lead advisor for affluent and high-net-worth clients.
  • Deliver comprehensive wealth management advice, including retirement, investment, tax, estate, and legacy planning strategies.
  • Convert qualified referrals into long-term client relationships.
  • Conduct discovery meetings, present planning recommendations, and oversee implementation.
  • Partner with internal planning, investment, tax, and client service professionals to provide a high-touch client experience.
  • Deepen existing client relationships and identify opportunities to expand planning engagements.
  • Serve as a trusted fiduciary and long-term advisor to clients and their families.
