.The company seeks an Assistant Vice President or Vice President to join its 11-person Trust Operations and Middle Office team. The AVP/VP is a key member of the team and assists with daily cash processing and settlement. Trust Operations is responsible for updating and approving changes to the company’s trust accounting system, Global WealthES (GWES), based on authorized requests from the Trust Administration and Investments teams. Candidates should have a background in accounting, balancing, and reconciliation

ns• Utilize the GWES trust accounting system to deliver quality services to clien
ts• Process cash transactions in the syst
em• Open and fund new accoun
ts• Close terminating accoun
ts• Print and mail checks dai
ly• Prepare daily net settlement reports of receipts and disbursements and submit settlement according
ly• Set up new clients for online access to the client port
al• Scan daily batch work for the Trust Operations te
am• Monitor and disburse incoming fax
es• Assist in maintaining trust operations policies and procedur

ions• Bachelor's Degree in finance or accounting and/or equivalent experience in a related f
ield• 2 to 10 years of trust operations experi
ence• Experience with a trust accounting system and a willingness to acquire working knowledge of the GWES trust accounting system and other technology platforms; experience working with GWES is a big
plus• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, e
