Vice President, Senior Salesforce Developer
San Francisco, California
Jordan Park is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to support the continued development and optimization of our Salesforce platform. This role is development-focused, centered on building scalable solutions across Apex, integrations, and modern UI components, while partnering closely with business teams to enhance workflows and data integrity.
This is a hands-on technical role with meaningful ownership across core CRM systems and integrations. We want you to bring best practices for RIAs and Wealth management to our team!
Role and Responsibilities:
Salesforce Development
  • Design, develop, and maintain Apex classes, triggers, and custom business logic
  • Build and enhance Lightning Web Components (LWC) to improve user experience
  • Develop and manage integrations between Salesforce and external platforms via APIs
  • Extend and optimize complex Salesforce Flows and automation frameworks
  • Review and improve consultants' code for scalability, reliability, and best practices.
  • Contribute to testing frameworks, release management, and deployment processes
Salesforce Administration
  • Configure objects, workflows, and automations
  • Troubleshoot system issues and provide technical support to end users
  • Document system architecture, data models, and development standards
  • Ensure data integrity and system performance across the platform
Projects & Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with Product Management, Advisory, Operations, and Investment teams to translate business needs into technical solutions
  • Contribute to scalable CRM architecture and long-term platform strategy
  • Identify and implement automation opportunities to reduce manual processes
  • Support feature releases, enhancements, and ongoing platform improvements

Qualifications:
Required:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
  • 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience (and wish to continue hands-on)
  • Experience in financial services, wealth management, or fintech
  • Strong proficiency in Apex (classes, triggers) and Salesforce platform architecture
  • Experience building Lightning Web Components (LWC)
  • Experience with API integrations, Flows and automation tools
  • Clear communication and ability to work cross-functionally

Preferred:
  • Experience reviewing or mentoring external/contractor development work
  • Familiarity with CI/CD, testing frameworks, and deployment tools
  • Experience with Salesforce AI Integrations; Agentforce, Slack or Custom

Compensation & Benefits:
Compensation at Jordan Park includes a base salary, discretionary year-end bonus, benefits and other perks. We apply a total reward philosophy when determining compensation terms. The expected base salary for this role in San Francisco, California will range from $160,000 to $200,000 per year commensurate with experience, job-related skills, relevant education, licenses and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
