Morgan, and Alvarez & Marsal — Star Mountain has built a distinctive platform in an underserved segment of the U.S. private markets.The Vice President, Portfolio Management will join the Investments team and collaborate directly with Underwriting Managing Directors to manage portfolio company relationships, monitor financial and operational performance, and drive value creation across the lower middle-market portfolio. This is a high-impact, hands-on role at the intersection of credit and equity investing.Key responsibilities include leading portfolio company relationship management, analyzing financial and operational data for existing investments, participating in board meetings and investment committee reviews, and identifying and executing value creation opportunities.
