Job description

Job Description
Linkwell Health, the premier consumer experience company serving health plans and health services organizations, seeks a Vice President, Performance & Analytics to own the end-to-end measurement, optimization, and strategic interpretation of our engagement and activation programs.
This role sits at the intersection of performance optimization, analytics infrastructure, and executive storytelling. The Vice President, Performance & Analytics balances strategy with execution - setting the standards for how success is defined, measured, analyzed, and communicated - while remaining hands-on in experimentation, reporting, and insight generation.
The ideal candidate is a rare hybrid: deeply analytical, fluent in experimentation and funnel analysis, comfortable building and validating dashboards and data pipelines, and exceptional at translating complex data into clear, decisive business guidance for clients and internal stakeholders.
In this role, your Key Performance Areas (KPAs) will be:
Performance ownership & optimization
  • Own program performance end to end, including experimentation strategy, optimization, and ongoing tuning
  • Design and lead A/B and multivariate experiments across email, SMS, web, and omni channel journeys
  • Identify performance drivers and inhibitors through funnel, cohort, and segmentation analysis
  • Partner closely with creative, product, and engineering leaders to translate insights into measurable action

Insights, strategy & storytelling
  • Define success metrics aligned to client objectives, business outcomes, and regulatory constraints
  • Lead root-cause analyses to explain performance shifts, anomalies, and emerging trends
  • Translate complex data into clear, compelling narratives for client-facing readouts and executive audiences
  • Frame insights for decision-making and confidently recommend next actions

Analytics & reporting infrastructure
  • Own the evolution of dashboards and reporting frameworks across Linkwell programs
  • Ensure data quality, accuracy, and readiness prior to launches and major program changes
  • Partner with data engineering to validate pipelines, tracking, and KPI definitions
  • Serve as the connective tissue between raw data, performance insights, and strategic interpretation

Client-facing leadership
  • Lead performance readouts, insights decks, and strategic recommendations
  • Act as a trusted analytics and performance advisor to health plan and partner executives
  • Confidently defend methodology, results, and conclusions in high-stakes, data-driven discussions

Required Skills
  • Deep experience with A/B and multivariate testing
  • Strong funnel, cohort, and hypothesis-driven analysis expertise
  • Advanced SQL fluency
  • Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or similar)
  • Strong command of KPI definition, tracking, and measurement frameworks
  • Proven ability to translate complex analyses into clear business recommendations
  • Comfort operating in regulated environments with sensitive data (HIPAA/PHI awareness)
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and client teams

Preferred Skills
  • Experience working with healthcare, health plans, or other regulated industries
  • Familiarity with outbound engagement platforms (email, SMS, marketing automation)
  • Experience supporting experimentation in omni channel engagement programs
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor analysts and shape a performance-driven culture
  • Exceptional executive communication and presentation skills
