Title: Assistant Vice President, Customer Supply Chain (Walmart)
Location: Bentonville, AR
Reports To: VP, Customer Collaboration

A Day in the Life:
Reporting to the VP, CPD Customer Supply Chain in Bentonville, AR, you will lead our strategic partnership with Walmart, bridging our supply chain capabilities with commercial objectives.
  • Customer Strategy: Optimize service levels, OTIF, and trade inventory while balancing cost-to-serve.
  • Operational Excellence: Streamline supply chain activities, enhancing OLA and continuous improvement.
  • S&OP Integration: Align customer demand with S&OP, collaborating with Commercial GMs and Planners.
  • Team Leadership: Guide, mentor, and build robust succession plans for the Walmart team.

We Are Looking For:
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 13+ years' experience in FMCG Supply Chain or equivalent. At least 5 years in a customer-facing role.
  • Excellent professional verbal & written communication skills, including being proficient in negotiation skills
