Job description

The HR Coordinator provides administrative support to the HR Manager and VP of Talent & Culture. This role assists with organizing HR processes, supporting onboarding activities, and helping ensure smooth day-to-day operations within the department.


This position has visibility into confidential information and requires professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment.


The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable, and motivated to help build structure and organization within a growing department.


Key Responsibilities:


HR Support

  • Assist with onboarding coordination and new hire documentation
  • Support organization of employee records and HR files
  • Respond to general employee inquiries and escalate as appropriate
  • Assist with tracking required employment documentation
  • Provide administrative support across HR initiatives as assigned

Department & Administrative Support

  • Assist in organizing HR folders, systems, and documentation
  • Provide administrative support to the HR Manager and VP of Talent & Culture
  • Help coordinate meetings, interviews, and internal communications
  • Provide front desk coverage and perform receptionist duties as required
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Experience in HR support, office administration, or related role
  • Experience handling confidential or sensitive information
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Professional communication skills
  • Ability to maintain appropriate workplace boundaries
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; HRIS experience a plus

Reporting Structure

This position reports to the HR Manager and works closely with the VP of Talent & Culture.
