Join a well-established South Florida construction organization with approximately $15M in annual revenue. We're seeking a hands-on Vice President of Operations to lead multiple business units, drive operational excellence, improve profitability, and build scalable systems for continued growth.

โœ… Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple divisions

โœ… Improve project management, estimating, scheduling & purchasing processes

โœ… Increase productivity, efficiency & profitability

โœ… Recruit, mentor & develop leadership teams
