The Vice President of Land Planning and Development will own the strategy and execution of the business plan as it relates to forward planning and land development. The VP will be responsible for executing all planning and development functions for projects with a focus on feasibilities, planning, entitlement, financial analysis, and overall management of the land development process. Will manage the Planning and Development teams to ensure they are set up for success The VP shall work in concert with the business unit President and the Land Acquisition team to ensure that the Corporation's business objectives are met.
Requirements include a bachelor's degree from four-year college or university with a background in Civil Engineering, Planning, or Construction Management preferred. At least ten years land planning and/or development experience in progressively responsible positions; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
