Job Description

The UFG Vice President of Operations will be responsible for overseeing and driving the operational strategy, performance, and support systems for the franchise network. They will collaborate with franchisees, executive leadership, and internal teams to develop and execute operational solutions, support success and guide continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute long-term strategies to grow and optimize the Franchise system. 
  • Oversee franchise operations, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and high-quality service to improve profitability.
  • Build strong relationships, share best practices to support and educate on operational strategies.
  • Lead and develop training program to equip franchisees and staff with skills and knowledge needed.
  • Monitor financial performance, identify opportunities for cost saving and drive initiatives to increase revenue and profitability for franchisees.
  • Provide regular reports to executive leadership and franchisees, offering insights for improvement.
  • Resolve any challenges, disputes or issues that may arise ensuring a prompt and effective response.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education from College or Technical school

OR 10 or more years of related experience and/or training

OR equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Strong Project Management experience
  • Proven experience managing and optimizing franchise operations and driving system-wide improvements in a multi-location business.
  • Strong understanding of franchise systems, operations, and financials.
  • In-depth knowledge of franchise laws, industry trends, and best practices in operations and compliance.
  • Proficient computer skills including MS Office products and scheduling programs
  • Willing to travel as needed
