Join our technology team to own the functional and technical direction of core banking platforms and the enterprise data integration layer. Collaborate with business, operations, and risk partners to deliver resilient solutions and drive modernization across critical systems.

 

The opportunity

This role is essential to advancing Lloyds North America's core banking technology, integrating critical platforms and data to drive operational resilience and modernization. The appointed individual will empower multi-functional teams, ensuring robust systems and crafting the future of financial services delivery.

 

What you’ll be doing

  • Lead the endtoend architecture and integration landscape for Flexcube and ACBS, including standards, patterns, and data governance.
  • Provide functional leadership across key Flexcube modules (Nostro, Loans, Limits, GL, Interest & Charges, FX Sale/Buy, Payments) and ACBS loan servicing/accounting processes.
  • Lead enterprise data and ETL design using Oracle Database/PLSQL, ODI, and OBIEE, including performance, reconciliation, controls, and deployment across DEV/TEST/UAT/PROD.
  • Build and be responsible for interfaces (files, APIs/web services), batch processing, and EOD/BOD flows; optimize batch windows and meet SLAs.
  • Serve as the point of contact for production issues and high-risk data incidents raised by customers; ensure accurate reconciliations (sub-ledger/GL) and support year-end processing.
  • Partner with departments handling business, operational matters, compliance, and audit teams; ensure regulatory readiness, documentation, and focused organizational change.
  • Mentor and guide senior analysts, developers, and architects; review/approve sophisticated improvements and production fixes.
  • Support data ingestion from upstream/downstream platforms including Murex and TI Plus, plus XML/XSD, Excel, flat files, and regulatory feeds.

What you’ll bring

  • demonstrated ability in banking technology and core banking platforms.
  • Senior leadership experience as a VP, Lead Architect, or Principal Consultant.
  • Deep, handson experience with:
  • Oracle Flexcube (functional and technical)
  • ACBS (functional and technical)
  • Oracle SQL & PL/SQL
  • Oracle Data Integrator (ODI)
  • Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE)
  • Proven success handling critically important production systems.
  • Leadership: Ability to lead/mentor senior engineers and partner optimally with business, operations, risk, and compliance.
