This executive leadership role is critical to ensuring the financial health of the organization, driving data-informed decision-making, and supporting long-term growth objectives. As VP of Finance, you will oversee all aspects of financial planning & analysis, accounting, budgeting, treasury, risk management, and compliance. You'll be a key advisor to senior leadership and a trusted steward of financial governance and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Financial Leadership Partner with executive leadership to define and drive financial strategy aligned with company objectives Lead long-term financial planning and scenario modeling to support strategic decision-making Identify growth opportunities, cost-saving initiatives, and capital allocation strategies Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Oversee forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis across departments Develop and maintain financial dashboards, KPIs, and board reporting packages Monitor business performance and provide actionable insights to improve results Accounting & Reporting Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in accordance with GAAP (or IFRS as applicable) Manage month-end and year-end close processes and external audits Oversee all internal controls and compliance functions Cash Flow & Treasury Management Manage cash flow, working capital, and banking relationships Support fundraising efforts and investor communications as needed Optimize capital structure, debt strategy, and investment planning Risk & Compliance Implement and maintain strong internal controls, risk management, and financial compliance frameworks Oversee tax strategy and regulatory filings Team Leadership Lead, mentor, and grow the finance and accounting teams Promote a high-performance culture focused on accuracy, accountability, and continuous improvement Qualifications 10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, with 5+ years in a senior finance role (e.g., VP, Controller, or Director) Experience in a high-growth, dynamic environment (SaaS, technology, or related industries preferred) Deep knowledge of GAAP, financial modeling, FP&A, and enterprise systems Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills Proven ability to partner with executive teams and influence strategic decisions Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required; MBA and/or CPA strongly preferred Seniority level Seniority level Executive Employment type Employment type Full-time Job function Job function Finance and Sales Industries Staffing and Recruiting Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at 24 Seven Talent by 2x Sign in to set job alerts for "Vice President Finance" roles.
