Through the generosity of a deeply committed base of evangelical Christian supporters, the organization mobilizes resources that provide humanitarian assistance, security support, and essential social services to vulnerable Jewish communities in Israel and around the world. Operating at an annual scale of approximately $300 million, IFCJ has developed one of the largest and most sophisticated faith-based fundraising platforms globally.

To advance this mission and sustain its remarkable growth, The Fellowship seeks a Vice President of Integrated Fundraising who will lead the strategy and performance of the organization’s direct response fundraising enterprise. This department generates the majority of the organization’s annual revenue through highly coordinated, data-driven campaigns that engage over 700,000 donors through channels such as direct mail, digital campaigns, email fundraising, media appeals, and integrated donor acquisition programs. Reporting directly to the United States CEO & Global Chief Operating Officer and serving as a key member of the senior leadership team, the Vice President will guide one of the most critical functions within the organization. This leader will oversee the integrated strategy that brings new donors into the mission, deepens relationships with existing supporters, and ensures that the organization’s fundraising programs continue to deliver exceptional results at scale. The Vice President will inherit a strong and highly capable team responsible for executing complex, multi-channel campaigns that mobilize hundreds of millions of dollars each year. The successful leader will bring both strategic vision and operational rigor, ensuring continued innovation across fundraising channels while strengthening donor acquisition, retention, and lifetime value strategies.
