Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you'll sit at the heart of the organisation's transformation, partnering with Senior Executives to shape the workforce, leadership pipeline and culture of a complex international business, operating across multiple markets. You'll own the end-to-end Talent Strategy across three critical areas: Talent Management - Build robust succession planning, leadership development, performance management and high-potential programmes that strengthen leadership capability and organisational resilience. Learning & Development - Create a future-focused learning strategy that equips the workforce with the skills required to thrive in a changing business environment while embedding a culture of continuous learning. Talent Acquisition - Transform global hiring by delivering innovative attraction strategies, exceptional candidate experiences and diverse talent pipelines that support ambitious growth plans. Working closely with executive leaders, you'll translate business strategy into practical, measurable talent initiatives, using data, insight and strong commercial judgement to influence decision-making across the organisation. Requirements: You'll be an accomplished Talent Executive, with experience leading large-scale, global, talent strategies in a complex, fast-paced organisation. Significant Senior Leadership experience across Talent Management, Learning & Development and Talent Acquisition. A proven track record of designing and delivering enterprise-wide Talent strategies that drive business performance. Strong expertise in succession planning, leadership development, workforce planning and organisational capability. Experience using data and analytics to influence Talent decisions. Outstanding stakeholder management and executive influencing skills. A collaborative leadership style with experience leading through transformation and change. A global mindset with experience working across multiple regions and cultures.
