Job Summary:

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will provide individual and group therapy sessions to patients with a variety of mental health diagnoses. Your expertise in social work principles and practices will be utilized to develop and implement individualized treatment plans, assess patient progress, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct individual and group therapy sessions with patients, addressing various mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, and trauma

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, taking into account patient goals, needs, and progress

  • Assess patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
