We are seeking a Senior Vice President of Sales, a transformative Sales executive who will lead our national sales organization, accelerate profitable growth, strengthen partnerships, and elevate our One Omni Sales culture. This role will shape our future, driving strategy and execution across regional sales, national accounts, and capital/commercial project markets.
Job Summary
The Senior Vice President of Sales is responsible for developing and executing OmniCable's enterprise sales strategy, leading a nationwide sales organization, and driving year-over-year revenue, profit, and market share growth. Managing and developing a team of direct reports and a sizable Sales organization, the SVP will build a high-performance, growth-centric culture, foster collaboration across all functions, and ensure alignment with OmniCable's mission, values, and long-range strategic priorities.
This highly visible executive leadership role will partner closely with Sales Enablement, Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, Marketing, and Product Line teams to deliver a unified and customer-obsessed go-to-market strategy.
Key Responsibilities
1. Enterprise Sales Leadership & Strategy
  • Define and lead OmniCable's sales strategy across regional sales, national accounts, capital projects, and key customer segments.
  • Establish yearly and multi-year revenue, margin, and profitability targets; ensure consistent attainment across all regions and channels.
  • Partner with executive leadership on long-range planning, market segmentation, business transformation, and competitive positioning.
  • Drive adoption of consistent sales processes, forecasting discipline, CRM utilization, and performance management practices across all sales teams.
  • Champion a "One Omni" mindset that unifies regional and national teams under shared goals, standards, and customer success outcomes.

2. Leadership of Regional Sales Organization
  • Lead, coach, and develop Regional Vice Presidents of Regional Sales overseeing Inside/Outside Sales, Key Accounts, and Territory Sales Managers.
  • Ensure consistent execution of demand creation, people development, customer engagement, and profitability initiatives within all regions.
  • Monitor regional P&Ls and conduct business reviews focused on growth opportunities, cost control, inventory alignment, and strategic account performance.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, and Procurement to optimize service levels, inventory investments, and margin objectives.

3. Leadership of National Accounts & Strategic Programs
  • Oversee the VP of National Accounts and guide strategy for DSP programs, national account penetration, Premier Partner Programs, and strategic distributor relationships.
  • Ensure alignment between regional and national account strategies regarding growth priorities, resource allocation, and customer experience.
  • Drive consistency in program execution, Voice of the Client initiatives, representative agency management, and national promotional efforts.

4. Leadership of Capital Projects & Large Opportunities
  • Lead the VP of Capital Projects to expand OmniCable's presence in EPC, contractor, industrial, and capital project markets across North & Latin America.
  • Ensure effective execution of Sales project strategy, international sales initiatives, project management excellence, and large-opportunity pipeline development.
  • Strengthen vendor partnerships to support competitive pricing, technical support, and project-specific sourcing requirements.

5. Team Development & Culture Leadership
  • Build a high-performance, collaborative leadership team with strong succession planning, talent development, and coaching practices.
  • Create clarity around roles, goals, performance expectations, and accountability at all levels of the sales organization.
  • Foster a culture grounded in OmniCable's mission, values, customer obsession, and growth mindset.
  • Serve as a visible culture carrier-recognizing success, celebrating wins, and reinforcing behaviors that create long-term value.

6. Customer, Market & Industry Engagement
  • Deepen executive relationships with key distributor partners, national accounts, EPCs, contractors, and industry associations (NAED, AD, IMARK, etc.).
  • Represent OmniCable at industry events, customer executive meetings, trade shows, and strategic vendor engagements.
  • Monitor market trends, emerging technologies, competitor activity, and customer insights to inform strategic direction.

7. Financial & Operational Management
  • Own sales forecasting, planning, pricing discipline, and budget management across all sales divisions.
  • Partner with Finance and Supply Chain to maintain alignment between revenue goals, inventory strategy, working capital, and profitability.
  • Utilize tools such as Salesforce, PEC reporting, pricing analytics, and performance dashboards to drive informed decision-making.
