What You’ll Do

As a Supply Chain Planning Principal – Life Sciences at Clarkston you will:

  • Lead end-to-end Supply Chain Planning transformation initiatives for global Life Sciences organizations
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to Director, VP, and executive-level client stakeholders, earn trusted client status, and develop relationships that extend beyond the project’s lifecycle
  • Lead Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) and Integrated Business Planning (IBP) assessments, operating model design, and implementation
  • Define future-state planning processes, governance, KPIs, and organizational design
  • Lead planning solution implementations including business process design, solution selection, configuration oversight, testing, deployment, and adoption
  • Facilitate executive workshops to align business strategies with supply chain capabilities
  • Mentor consulting teams and provide strategic guidance throughout project delivery
  • Support business development through proposal development, client presentations, and solution scoping

Requirements

What We're Looking For:

10+ years of progressive Supply Chain Planning experience within Life Sciences consulting or industry, including leadership experience at the Associate Director, Director, Principal Consultant, or an equivalent level

Ability to create supply chain performance measures for planning, execution, and financials that include standard definitions and industry performance benchmarks

Experience leading enterprise Supply Chain Planning transformations, including Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), Integrated Business Planning (IBP), Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and Inventory Planning

Proven experience leading planning solution implementations (Kinaxis Maestro, SAP IBP, o9 Solutions, Logility, Blue Yonder, or similar) from strategy through deployment

Experience advising Director, VP, and executive-level stakeholders on planning strategy, operating model design, and technology-enabled transformation

Demonstrated success leading cross-functional planning initiatives within regulated Life Sciences organizations

Experience mentoring consulting teams, leading client engagements, and contributing to business development activities

4-year degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or an equivalent discipline

Travel Requirement
Travel is an integral part of this role and is estimated to average 50%. This may vary based upon client and project needs. When not traveling, consultants work from their home office. Relocation is not required.
