About This Role

The Kinaxis business lead is responsible for leading and optimizing the Kinaxis (Maestro) planning platform to support demand, supply, inventory, and SIOP processes. This role serves as the Kinaxis subjectโ€‘matter expert, driving system governance, model enhancements, data integrity, user adoption, and continuous improvement while partnering with business and IT teams to deliver scalable planning solutions that improve supplyโ€‘chain visibility, agility, and decisionโ€‘making. The position requires strong supplyโ€‘chain planning expertise, handsโ€‘on Kinaxis experience, and the ability to translate business needs into effective digital planning capabilities.

Job Description
  • Serve as the SME for Kinaxis across all demand planning & supply planning functions
  • Lead configuration, optimization, and continuous improvement of planning models, control towers, and dashboards
  • Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable Kinaxis solutions
  • Own data integrity, model governance, and system performance within the platform
  • Lead crossโ€‘functional initiatives to enhance endโ€‘toโ€‘end supplyโ€‘chain visibility and responsiveness
  • Manage system enhancements, releases, and coordination with IT and external partners
  • Develop and deliver training to expand user adoption and capability across the organization
  • Act as escalation point for complex planning/system issues
  • Partner with digital to drive business needs and enhancements
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree
  • 8+ years of supplyโ€‘chain planning experience (demand, supply, inventory, SIOP)
  • 3+ years of handsโ€‘on experience with Kinaxis
Preferred Qualifications
  • Deep understanding of endโ€‘toโ€‘end supplyโ€‘chain processes and planning concepts
  • Experience with data modeling, scenario planning, and advanced analytics
  • Proven ability to translate business needs into system solutions
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Knowledge of ERP systems
Pay Range

The annual salary for this position is between $117,500.00 and $234,500.00 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate.

Other Compensation

This position is entitled to shortโ€‘term cash incentives, subject to plan requirements.
