Job description

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Kinaxis Solution Architect with 8+ years of expertise in supply chain planning solutions and deep hands-on experience with Kinaxis RapidResponse.

This role is accountable for the end-to-end lifecycle management of the Advanced Planning solution landscape, including roadmap definition, architecture, solution design, integration, delivery, and continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate brings a strong blend of functional supply chain expertise, deep Kinaxis technical architecture capabilities, and proven leadership experience, along with a solid understanding of SAP ECC/S/4HANA integrations. Success in this role requires exceptional stakeholder engagement, vendor partnership, and team leadership skills to drive scalable, business-aligned planning solutions.

You will report directly to our Director of IT, and you'll work out of our Charlotte, NC location on a Hybrid work schedule.

Hybrid Work Schedule Note: For the first 90 days New Hires must be prepared to work 100% onsite Monday - Friday.

YOU MUST HAVE

  • 8+ years of experience in supply chain planning systems and implementations.
  • Must have hands-on experience with Kinaxis Rapid Response
  • Proven experience in end-to-end Kinaxis implementations, architecture and strategy.
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain planning processes across Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Optimization, Sales & Operations Planning, Integrated Business Planning etc.
  • Experience integrating Kinaxis with SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA and other Enterprise platforms.
  • Strong understanding of Data modeling, System integration architectures (APIs, middleware, ETL), Supply chain master and transactional data

THE BUSINESS UNIT

  • Drive transformation of global supply chain planning processes. Continuously evaluate and introduce new planning solution capabilities, innovations and features to enhance planning accuracy, maturity, efficiency, standardization, automation and system performance.
  • Provide leadership and governance for a team of Kinaxis consultants and developers, including technical guidance, solution oversight, design reviews etc. As a people manager, adhere to organizational people management policies and processes.
  • Partner with business stakeholders across supply chain, IT, and operations. Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on planning transformation initiatives. Provide thought leadership on best-in-class supply chain planning practices.
  • Own the full lifecycle of Advanced Planning solutions - including application roadmaps, multi-year strategy, system architecture, solution design, project delivery, and day to day support; act as the IT Service Owner for Kinaxis, ensuring platform stability, performance, scalability, and strong vendor and partner management.
